Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards, and create a positive, productive environment for your team. This is a leadership role where attention to detail and a passion for hospitality are key.

Key Responsibilities

•    Supervise and train Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Cleaners.

•    Check and approve cleaned rooms, ensuring standards are met.

•    Manage daily schedules, attendance, and leave to optimise productivity.

•    Liaise with Reception on room status and special requests.

•    Monitor health and safety compliance and report hazards promptly.

•    Maintain accurate records and assist the Executive Housekeeper when required.

What We're Looking For

You're an organised leader with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional service. You'll have:

•    Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles.

•    Excellent communication and team management skills.

•    Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

•    Knowledge of WH&S and hotel operational standards.

•    Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
