You will resolve Level 1 & 2 incidents and queries over the phone or in person and provide support to the wider team at regional events. Farmlands has team members and stores all over the country plus a wide range of different departments and you will be partnered with a specific department and location to provide the best service.
Mōhou ake | About you
Level 1 & 2 support experience.
Sound previous customer facing experience.
An interest in technology and working within a large and complex organisation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
