About the opportunity
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for IT support, providing hands on assistance to our Ōtautahi team. You'll help ensure our technology runs smoothly and contribute to ongoing improvements in our IT systems and processes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the tech support email inbox.
- Providing training sessions to staff members.
- Setting up and maintaining office equipment.
- Facilitating laptop updates, video meeting and presentation set ups.
- Fostering a culture of good data management and cyber security.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
- Good project management skills and/or exposure to project-based work structures.
