The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised
Executive Assistant
to support our Head of Sales and Marketing, Export and other Senior Leaders. This is a key role within the GFNZ leadership team, ensuring smooth operations, supporting strategic priorities, and enabling our leaders to deliver at their best.

Working as part of a high-performing EA team based in the
Auckland CBD
, you'll provide exceptional executive, administrative, and stakeholder support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you will do

  • Provide high-level executive support, including complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, invoices and supplier payments
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
  • Plan and execute events, meetings, and large-scale leadership sessions
  • Support additional senior leaders as required
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations through proactive problem-solving and organisation

What you will bring

  • Strong EA experience supporting senior executives (MD/CEO level)
  • Exceptional planning, organisation and time management skills
  • High proficiency across Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated experience managing travel, events and high-volume administration
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to self-manage
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
