Your day-to-day:
  • Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across MyLotto and Lotto NZ brands.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Brief internal and external teams to create engaging digital content.
  • Manage social media channels and community engagement.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign results to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with brand, product, and media partners to bring campaigns to life.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and champion best practice across the business.
Your team:

You'll join Lotto NZ's Digital Marketing team, part of the wider Marketing division. We're a collaborative crew passionate about creating engaging digital experiences for millions of Kiwis. From social campaigns to data-driven performance marketing, we bring Lotto NZ's brands to life online.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering campaigns, briefing creative teams, and using insights to make every dollar count. You'll work closely with brand, product, design, and media partners because great ideas happen when we work together.

A bit about you:

As an experienced digital marketing superstar,
you'll be passionate about creating impactful campaigns and proud of the
results you deliver. You will have:

  • Hands-on
    experience
    running digital performance campaigns across Google Ads and social
    channels.
  • A knack
    for using data and analytics to optimise campaigns and report on
    results.
  • Strong
    skills in briefing and creating content for digital platforms,
    including social media.
  • Familiarity
    with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Business Manager,
    and social media management platforms.
  • The
    ability to manage multiple campaigns from planning to post-analysis
    without breaking a sweat.
  • A
    creative eye for writing great copy and ensuring content is
    on-brand and engaging.

A
collaborative approach: comfortable working with internal teams and
external partners.
