Your Impact:

As the Social Planner in our New Zealand marketing team, you will shape how our brands connect with consumers across paid social channels. Working inside 1House, our integrated marketing team, you will translate brand and media strategy into smart, insight-led social plans for some of our most recognised brands including Asahi Super Dry, Vodka Cruiser, Hard Rated and Brookvale Union.

This role blends platform expertise, data-driven thinking and creative collaboration to deliver highly effective paid social campaigns that influence culture and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated paid social strategies that align to brand goals and media plans.
• Plan, implement and optimise paid social activity across Meta and TikTok.
• Analyse social performance and deliver clear insights, recommendations and trends.
• Collaborate with brand, media, creative and content teams to ensure assets and execution are aligned.
• Identify social opportunities, platform updates and best practice for upcoming campaigns.
• Work with media teams to build audience targeting, KPIs and effective social budgets.
• Maintain high quality standards across campaign setup, delivery and reporting.

About You:

• Experienced social planner with 4+ years working across paid social planning and implementation.
• Skilled in Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with strong hands-on platform capability.
• Confident in analysing performance data, interpreting insights and shaping recommendations.
• Clear and engaging communicator, comfortable presenting to stakeholders and explaining your strategic approach.
• Collaborative organised and able to manage multiple campaigns across different brands.
• Experienced working in agency or client-side roles with fast-paced campaign cycles.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and how social fits within broader brand and media strategy.
