**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
The Content Specialist (Production) will:

- Plan, brief, ideate, and create food-based written, photo and video content in collaboration with other teams and production partners for use across digital channels
- Be a guardian and contributor of the organic social calendar and make sure all content streams are cohesive
- Collaborate with other content team members and stakeholders to achieve a consistent and connected customer experience
- Design useful and inspirational content to help customers at the right time and place in their shopping journey, optimising content for discoverability and SEO
- Create and execute content using a range of tools including CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google keyword planner and Emplifi
- Analyse and report on content effectiveness
- Seek out ways to improve content workflow, processes and ways of working

**About You | Mōu
You’ll love this role if you:

- Can demonstrate experience and passion for creating quality, customer-focussed content including the end to end production process for stills and video content, aswell as strong copywriting skills
- Have strong communication skills and are confident dealing with stakeholders and agency partners
- Are performance-driven and can use data to inform and measure content, and show eagerness to learn and continuously improve
- Understand the importance of content standards, tone of voice, and accessibility
- Are organised, thorough and details focussed
- Enjoy being part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Are a social native that loves food
