Description

What we're looking for:

We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our passionate, engaged Marketing Department, facilitating the concept and creation of effective marketing and communications materials for Città, and its associated brands.

As a key team member in a dynamic, design-led environment, you will provide expert graphic design guidance and liaise and collaborate with key personnel to design, create and facilitate all advertising material. This includes but is not limited to print and web collateral and packaging design.

Reporting directly to our COO, you will have one direct report. Based at our support office in Mount Eden, with flexibility around WFH days.

If you are an experienced Senior Graphic Designer, with 5+ years' experience and a love of homewares and beautiful design, you will feel right at home at Città. As a brand, we aim to be educational, aspirational, and inspirational. We hero and collaborate with those who are like-minded in their pursuits and ensure that the impact we have on our planet is minimal.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) for a 12-month period.



Skills And Experiences

Experience

5+ years in a Graphic Design role at an intermediate/senior levelPrevious experience leading and managing a team strongly preferredRelevant degree essentialUnderstanding of brand Management

Knowledge and Skills

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite knowledge – Photoshop, Indesign & IllustratorInterest/skills in photography & video, including editing. Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutionsUnderstanding/skills in packaging designAdaptable, must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity
