An exciting opportunity has opened for a creative and organised Junior Graphic Designer & eCommerce Coordinatorto join our Marketing and eCommerce team

If you love design, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy blending creative work with digital coordination, this role could be perfect for you. At Flo & Frankie, you'll help bring our brand to life across our website, wholesale channels, marketing campaigns, and in-store collateral. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with multiple teams, and is eager to grow their design and eCommerce skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in graphic design, ideally within retail, fashion, or eCommerce.
  • Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Basic understanding of Shopify or similar CMS platforms (a bonus, not essential).
  • Strong eye for design, composition, and keeping all work beautifully on-brand.
  • Comfortable balancing creative and operational tasks with ease.
  • Organised, proactive, and skilled at managing time efficiently.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and design, motivated by seeing creativity make an impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in creating high-quality, on-brand graphics for digital, print, and in-store campaigns.
  • Design social media content, website banners, EDMs, digital ads, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and maintain product listings on the wholesale website, ensuring descriptions, imagery, pricing, and tagging are accurate.
  • Support the setup and testing of promotions, collections, and campaign landing pages.
  • Coordinate wholesale and B2B email campaigns and website updates.
  • Prepare, resize, and retouch imagery for various marketing and eCommerce channels.
  • Work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Design, Merchandise Planning, and Wholesale teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.
  • Assist with signage, in-store displays, and general marketing support.
  • Contribute creative ideas for seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, and content planning.
