About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong digital capability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. You will be responsible for producing a wide range of marketing assets across brand, performance, product, and global campaigns.

This role sits within the Marketing team and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and regional teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets including landing pages, web banners, HTML5 banners, EDM graphics, and social media creatives
  • Produce print materials such as brochures, posters, display ads, event materials, and brand collateral
  • Create UI/UX elements and contribute to user-experience-focused design, especially for landing pages and web flows
  • Work in Figma to build, maintain, and iterate design systems, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Work across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
  • Ensure all creative output is brand-aligned, high-quality, and optimised for performance
    • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, product teams, and external partners
    • Contribute to creative ideation and testing for global campaigns and product launches

Required Skills & Experience

    • Strong proficiency in Figma
    • Expert-level ability in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
    • Experience designing for both digital and print
    • Experience with HTML5 display ads (designing the assets; animation knowledge is a bonus)
    • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
    • Ability to balance creative quality with operational speed
    • Experience designing for social media, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
    • Ability to present design concepts clearly and justify design decisions
    • Portfolio demonstrating a mix of digital, UI/UX, and brand work
    • Interest in financial markets

Nice to Have

    • Motion/animation experience
    • Experience working within global brands
    • Understanding of regulated industries or financial services
