Mo te tūranga | About the Role:

At the heart of this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality divisional administration, including diary planning and management, travel planning and administration, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes, expenses and invoice management, leave and expenses approvals, and event organisation.

  • Providing regular and ad hoc admin support for the team such as the completion of H&S documentation, record management, filing and word processing.
  • Provide assistance and coordination with Projects and initiatives implemented and managed by the department as and when required.
  • Acting as a host at team events and ensuring they occur smoothly.
  • Booking corporate travel and coordinating business trips.

Ō pūkenga | About you:

You will have proven experience in executive administration and effective coordination of multiple moving parts in a very busy role, with superior organisation, administration and time management skills.

  • Technology literacy including proven skills in the use of standard MS Applications.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
  • The ability to prioritise competing tasks and work autonomously.
  • Responsive, effective and resilient under pressure demonstrating excellence when coordinating multiple moving parts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to others at all levels.
  • Experience in a similar/ administrative role or business environment
