About the Role:

You will be responsible for processing 3PL orders efficiently, coordinating transport and deliveries, handling customer enquiries, and supporting warehouse administration. These are full-time roles offering consistent hours and opportunities for permanent placement.

You will:

Process incoming 3PL orders and pick orders as requiredRespond promptly to customer enquiries by phone and emailCoordinate transport and courier deliveries, liaising with the warehouse teamManage customer invoicing and respond to account queriesSupport general warehouse administration and housekeeping duties

 

What We're Looking For:

No direct 3PL experience? No problem If you're organised, a fast learner, and have great communication skills, we want to hear from you.

You should have:

Strong communication, time management, and organisational skillsAbility to work calmly and efficiently under pressureGood computer literacy, especially in Word, Excel, and ideally Cargowise or similar systemsA positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work well both independently and as part of a team
