We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join the OnePartner group and support marketing delivery across three established consumer finance brands.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys owning channels, running campaigns, and making marketing happen. You'll work closely with the senior marketing lead, translating clear strategy and direction into live activity across email, social, web, and paid media.

The role suits someone who likes structure, but also takes initiative — testing, refining, and improving how things are done week to week.


What you'll be doing

You'll own day-to-day marketing execution, including:

  • Building and sending email and e-newsletter campaigns using HubSpot
  • Managing HubSpot lists, workflows, and performance reporting
  • Scheduling and posting content across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Uploading and maintaining website content and campaign landing pages
  • Setting up and refreshing paid social campaigns using provided creative and messaging
  • Managing dealer collateral requests (artwork, banners, signage, print)Keeping marketing calendars, assets, and campaigns organised and on track
  • Coordinating with designers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver on time
  • Managing updates and maintaining the efficiency of engagement forms

You won't be responsible for defining overall marketing strategy - but you will be expected to run with it, spot what's working (or not), and suggest improvements.

AI & technical capability

We actively use AI and automation to improve speed, consistency, and quality across marketing. You don't need to be an engineer — but you do need to be technically confident, curious, and practical.

In this role you'll:

  • Use AI tools to lift productivity (content variations, QA, repurposing, summaries, scheduling support, reporting insights)
  • Build repeatable workflows that reduce manual effort and improve consistency
  • Help test and adopt new tools where they add real value
  • Contribute to bespoke AI-enabled solutions, working alongside internal or external specialists.

This role will suit someone who enjoys using tools, systems, and smart processes to get more done with less friction.

You'll do well in this role if you

  • Are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Have strong technical aptitude across modern marketing platforms and can learn new systems quickly
  • Have hands-on experience with email marketing, social platforms, and CMS tools
  • Are comfortable working in tools like HubSpot, Meta Business Manager, Canva, or similar
  • Use AI tools confidently to improve efficiency and quality
  • Communicate clearly, take ownership, and follow through
  • Care about accuracy, quality, and doing things properly.

Experience in financial services is helpful, but not essential — strong frameworks, compliance guidance, and AI support are in place.
