**About the role**

Key Responsibilities include:

- Assist in developing the annual events schedule in collaboration with the Channel Marketing team.
- Execute the events schedule, coordinate key events, and manage business, marketing and sales stakeholders, the communications plan, budget, and collateral.
- Develop and execute customer hosting opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Maintain schedules and execute sponsorship plans and programs, developing and implementing activities to leverage opportunities in alignment with the Sales and Channel Marketing team.
- Collaborate with the Channel Marketing team to develop creative assets, resources and content that drive leads, subscribers, awareness, product launches, and other important metrics. Examples include LinkedIn content, brochures, infographics, guides, flyers, landing page assets - video and animation experience is a bonus
- Assist in promoting our value proposition to key vertical target markets through industry-specific content, sales enablement collateral, online content, or campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, Product Marketing, Sales, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and our audience.
- Work with the Sales team to identify and create case studies and customer success stories.
- Manage the branded merchandise portfolio, including inventory management and requirements for sales and events.

**About you**

We’re looking for a committed team player who is a bit of an all-rounder, a creative thinker and an excellent project manager. Coming from a design and events background is a big plus for us, along with being a confident and smart communicator who is highly personable and passionate about driving results.

Other key attributes include:

- Confidence to work autonomously with a ‘make it happen’ mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A related tertiary degree plus at least 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Project management experience in events, sponsorships, and/or activations.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive).
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) is essential.
- Creative flair and an eye for content that presents well.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality output in everything you do.
- Goal-oriented and the ability to execute tasks effectively, on time, and budget.
- Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload efficiently and effectively with multiple stakeholders and conflicting demands.
- Experience with B2B Marketing or brands isn’t necessary, but it’s a plus.
