We are seeking a Hauora Practitioner to join our team across our services.
About the Role:
You'll work 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, in Ahuriri supporting whānau through a peer-led model grounded in Hua Oranga, Te Whare Tapa Whā, and Te Pōwhiri Poutama. You'll foster a healing and empowering environment, while supporting Service Team Leaders to maintain strong internal and external relationships.

- Committed to strength-based, solution-focused support
- Able to uphold professional, ethical, and culturally safe practices
Essential Requirements:
- Registered AOD Practitioner
- Full, clean driver's licence
- Understanding of cultural diversity and Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Strong knowledge with the use of Recordbase, ECA, and Microsoft tools
- Experience working within Māori frameworks and with diverse communities
