Our client is seeking a highly capable and pragmatic Implementation Lead / Project Manager for a six-month, part-time contract (25 hours per week). To hit the ground running, it is essential to have in-depth knowledge and experience in:

  • Manage project budgets, governance, reporting and risk – giving confidence to the sponsor to deliver
  • Pragmatic, whilst also ensuring delivery quality, to agreed deadlines
  • Working with business and technical stakeholders, respecting their area of expertise
  • Engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders successfully.

This role requires someone who can maintain a delivery focus and deliver the outputs that the project needs; therefore, strong planning and management skills are key to successful delivery.   

The importance of the work demands someone with experience engaging with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. It is paramount to be able to build credibility quickly, honestly and genuinely.

Given the importance of the project, we are seeking a professional with at least five years of senior project management experience.

In addition to the subject matter experience sought, we are looking for an experienced Implementation Lead / Senior Project Manager who is:

  • Delivery-focused and pragmatic
  • Able to add value from day one, and excels at establishing good processes and structures
  • Very comfortable working within a fast-paced, complex and ambiguous environment
