We're seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to join our APAC Delivery Centre and shape the design, build, and delivery of impactful digital solutions for enterprise and public sector clients.

You'll own technical direction — guiding solution architecture, ensuring high-quality delivery, and driving momentum across project teams. You'll be the person people look to for clarity, decision-making, and forward movement.

This role suits a confident leader who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing outcomes, and enabling teams to deliver their best. You'll be equally comfortable in design conversations, code review forums, and stakeholder discussions — clearing roadblocks, aligning people, and bringing solutions to life. Health Cloud is a bonus; strong Salesforce Core expertise and leadership capability are essential.

What You'll Do
  • Lead solution design for Salesforce implementations across multi-cloud environments
  • Own technical governance — documentation, design approvals, compliance and best practice
  • Delegate and oversee technical work, review build quality, and uplift capability
  • Mentor developers and contribute to a strong, collaborative delivery culture
  • Influence stakeholders, secure decisions, and remove impediments to progress
  • Support delivery with light-touch hands-on development, integration, and enhancement activity
  • Maintain oversight of technical risks, dependencies, and design direction
Your Profile
  • 6+ years' Salesforce development / technical delivery experience
  • Proven Salesforce Core expertise (Health Cloud or Industry Clouds an advantage)
  • Strong solution design skills — able to evaluate trade-offs and defend technical choices
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement — able to influence, align and drive outcomes
  • Experience leading technical teams, setting standards, coaching and reviewing work
  • Proficiency across Apex, Lightning, APIs/integration patterns, CI/CD and release practices
  • Salesforce certifications (PDII or Architect track) desirable
