We are looking for a sales specialist focusing across the Retail, Service and Valet and Pool Builder channels to help us maintain and grow our position as a leading provider of professional services to the pool industry.

The opportunity / Te Whiwhinga mahi

The account manager – Will service a multi-channel customer base including retail, service and valet and Pool builders. This role is focused on areas to help maintain and grow our position as a leading provider of professional services and products to various sectors of the pool industry.

You will be working closely with our Sales Manager and be part of a team that aims to help clients:

· achieve their potential.

· provide solutions that work.

· deliver tangible results and outcomes.

You will be managing existing relationships whilst seeking new business opportunities.

You will be intuitive, intensely curious and deeply interested in understanding how things work with a high level of technical proficency.

You will have experience in analysis, problem solving, technically adept, be highly organised, punctual, well presented and have the ability to plan and execute well maintained call cycles.

You will enjoy working with people from a range of backgrounds and professional disciplines and will have excellent interpersonal skills.

To be successful in this role, you will:

· Have a background in sales and account management.

· Understand the role of our company and the varied services and products we provide our clients.

· Be an excellent listener who will be trusted by clients to identify their needs and deliverables.

· Have superior written and verbal communication skills and have experience delivering accurate and engaging written and visual content that is tailored to the audience, along with confidence in presenting these ideas to stakeholders and business owners.

· Be comfortable working within a dedicated and passionate team, juggling competing demands and deadlines, and prioritising work efficiently.

· Enjoy networking, meeting new people and building relationships.

· Willing to learn new skills and grow your career.

Experience in the pool in industry would be advantageous.

The position is Auckland based but will involve work with clients in a range of locations throughout New Zealand and will involve domestic travel.

Remuneration will be negotiated based on the successful candidate's experience and background.
