About the Role:

This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise in working with aluminium and timber. While prior experience in our exact field isn't necessary, we're looking for someone with at least 5 years experience in a similar industry and strong core skills who can learn and adapt. We provide in-depth training to ensure you excel in our specialised manufacturing processes.

As our business grows, this role has the potential to develop into a Production Supervisor position for the right candidate, leading our fabrication team and playing a key role in our continued success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working with aluminium, cedar and other materials on high-end technical projects
  • Ensuring precise fabrication/welding and a premium level of finish
  • Collaborating with our team to solve technical challenges
  • Learning and refining our specialist techniques through training
  • Growing into a leadership role as the business expands
