About the Role

As a Production Associate, you'll be responsible for carrying out specific production tasks safely, efficiently, and to defined quality standards. You'll follow detailed work instructions, support daily production targets, and help maintain a clean, organised workspace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Following all production work instructions and seeking clarification when needed
  • Meeting daily quotas and quality benchmarks set by the Supervisor
  • Reporting any production problems immediately
  • Ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and on time
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised, and free of waste
  • Using all PPE and tooling correctly and reporting any defects
  • Sorting waste into correct waste streams
  • Cleaning workshop/project areas at the end of each job
  • Identifying opportunities for process, quality, or safety improvements
  • Escalating any H&S incidents or near misses immediately
  • Submitting accurate timesheets and logging daily job information
  • Attending weekly toolbox talks and monthly company-wide meetings
  • Occasionally leading small projects or acting as a point of contact when requested

What You'll Bring

  • Some experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and retain processes long-term
  • Basic hand tool experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised when required
  • A reliable, team-focused attitude
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality
  • Good English communication (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift equipment repeatedly
