As a Lead Learning Consultant - Country Banking New Zealand (CBNZ), you will:

  • Design and facilitate technical training aligned with our skills framework and organisational values
  • Shape the future workforce through our Graduate Programme
  • Coach and guide leaders on learning and organisational development strategies
  • Champion culture, wellbeing, and inclusion through key projects

About you | Ō pūkenga
To succeed in this role you'll bring experience of, and a passion for, learning and development, strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to deliver impactful programmes that drive real results.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in learning design, facilitation and delivery (in-person and virtual)
  • Strong background in organisational development and capability building
  • Experience in the banking sector (preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across NZ and potentially to Australia (if required)
