As a Management Consultant with a Project Management background, you'll partner with senior stakeholders across public and private sectors to deliver strategic solutions that drive impact. - Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Apply advanced project management methodologies to structure engagements and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and aligning diverse interests to achieve shared goals.
- Drive operational improvements and transformation initiatives, helping clients unlock efficiency and growth.
- Mentor and coach team members, building capability and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Identify and develop new opportunities, strengthening client relationships and expanding our impact.
- 5-10+ years of consulting or advisory experience, ideally within a Big 4 or similar environment.
- Proven project management expertise – qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly valued.
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire confidence at all levels.
- Enthusiasm for driving change and delivering results that matter.
