Chubb is seeking a visionary Country President to lead our non-life business in New Zealand—including P&C, A&H, Personal Lines, and Claims. Your Opportunity

  • Shape and execute strategic plans to accelerate profitable growth across New Zealand.
  • Take ownership of performance analysis, drive impactful corrective actions, and deliver strong P&L results.
  • Oversee the marketing and management of both local and multinational portfolios, positioning Chubb as the partner of choice.
  • Build, lead, and empower high-performing teams, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts, brokers, and senior executives to unlock new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance while leveraging emerging market trends to secure competitive advantage.
  • Promote Chubb's culture of excellence, values, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring:

  • 10–15 years' senior management experience in insurance or general management.
  • Deep expertise in risk management and insurance principles.
  • Multiline underwriting experience and a robust financial background.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects, teams, and business transformation.
