Play a key role in shaping inclusive leadership in Aotearoa

We're looking for a relationship-driven, organised, and tech-savvy Partnerships Manager to help deliver meaningful impact through Global Women's partnerships and the Champions for Change network.

You'll sit at the heart of our partner ecosystem – nurturing relationships, coordinating engagement plans, managing systems and reporting, and supporting high-impact events that drive gender equity and inclusive leadership across Aotearoa New Zealand.

What you'll do:
  • Manage and grow strong relationships with partner organisations, ensuring value and impact through tailored engagement
  • Oversee CRM systems and workflows (HubSpot), maintaining data accuracy and reporting insights
  • Support the planning and delivery of Champions for Change Summits, workshops, and partner activations
  • Create clear, engaging communications and partner content aligned with our brand and kaupapa
  • Collaborate across the team to advance Global Women's mission of accelerating inclusion and leadership equity in Aotearoa

What you'll bring:
  • 4+ years' experience in partnerships, account management, or stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication skills and a calm, detail-oriented approach under pressure
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot ideal), and confidence using digital tools (WordPress, MS Suite, Canva)
  • A team-first mindset, balanced with initiative and independent drive
  • A genuine commitment to advancing equity, inclusion, and opportunity in Aotearoa
