As the Marketing Manager - Partnerships, you will lead the creation and implementation of effective marketing strategies and plans to foster partnership growth. **Y**ou can expect to be across the following**:
- Work with the Managing Director of Partnerships and Head of Brand & Acquisition Marketing to support the development and execution of our Partnership strategy.
- Work with the Revenue, Brand and Marketing team to grow our existing partnerships and help acquire new partnerships.
- Assist with the negotiation of partnership marketing agreements to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Work alongside the Head of Brand & Acquisition Marketing to develop integrated, data driven, annual and quarterly marketing plans and strategies.
- Be responsible for campaign implementation and execution, including the continuous optimisation of activity to drive growth and deliver business outcomes.
- Take an insight led and analytical approach to marketing activity, bringing an understanding of our partnerships customers and our sales funnel metrics to drive performance
- Bring together cross functional resources to identify opportunities to improve partnership conditions with existing partners.
- Manage key partnerships marketing relationships to achieve the day-to-day plans.
- Accountable for internal campaign implementation and delivery; including stakeholder management, managing sign-offs, integration with delivery squads and offer fulfilment.
- Be a protector of the Tower brand. Work with the Senior Marketing Manager - Brand and Acquisition to provide governance, ensure alignment and consistency, and create enduring brand messages that improve consideration of the Tower brand.
- Monthly reporting on key activities, insights, results, and upcoming priorities
- Effective Risk Management associated with the role and its areas of responsibility, including relevant campaign controls, electronic archiving of all produced material, managing associated sign-offs for both Tower and partnerships.
**What you'll need**
**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:
- 5+ years' experience in a marketing manager or similar role in a services marketing environment.
- A proven track record of working with partners to deliver shared value outcomes.
- Highly capable with sales funnel and conversion targets, as well as working within a performance marketing context, across search and programmatic channels
- Expertise in leading marketing communications planning and brand execution
- Experience ensuring the performance and relationship management of creative and media agencies
- A natural collaborator and able to work well with a diverse range of people.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage, influence and manage senior stakeholders and partners
- Experience with brand management would be advantageous
- Experience working in a cross functional team is a must, with Agile experience an advantage.
- Sound analytical and data skills - a master of measurement, highly capable with sales funnel and conversion targets
- A good understanding of customer data usage (including segmentation and testing principles)
- Strong project management and organisational capabilities
