As a Partnership Manager at the AA, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships that enhance our member value and drive business growth.

**What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to deliver value to AA members and meet sales and revenue goals.
- Act as the key liaison between NZAA marketing, distribution channels, and our partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the use of partnership products and services within our membership base.
- Support the growth and leverage of existing partnerships across the NZAA Group, contributing to our ecosystem and potential loyalty programs.
- Track revenue targets, performance measures, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Become an expert on partner products, optimizing them through marketing activities and distribution channels.
- Manage partner contracts, ensuring all performance metrics and obligations are met.
- Share insights and learnings with partners, adhering to NZAA governance requirements.
- Ensure robust risk and compliance practices are in place, resulting in no breaches.
- Manage communication of partner product updates and collaborate with teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Follow NZAA Health & Safety procedures, minimizing risks to yourself and others.
- Continuously grow your individual capability through learning and development opportunities.

**About You | Mōu**
- Project management skills and experience in managing key accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge of NZAA and partner products and services.
- A keen numerical aptitude and effective time management skills.
- The ability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks efficiently.
- A tertiary qualification, preferably in commerce.
- Experience in a regulated industry and a proven track record in relationship management.
