ABOUT THE ROLE

Our team of passionate property professionals have been helping New Zealanders invest in rental properties for over 20 years. Now is the best time to build a rental portfolio and you will be joining our busy team to help create successful property investors.

Based out of our fantastic city premises and working as part of a team of 80+ passionate professionals, we provide fantastic training, a vibrant culture and everything you need (including the properties) to help your clients build wealth through property.

As the commissions are uncapped, the leads are provided and we are at the beginning of a huge boom, there is nothing to stop you earning a mid-six figure income.

WHAT YOU NEED

You will have a minimum of 2 years proven experience as a top-performing Sales person or Account Manager as well as the passion required to deliver solutions and packages to property investors.

It goes without saying that you will be an expert in consultative selling; you will have impeccable presentation skills, impressive professionalism and most importantly an enormous degree of tenacity.

This is office-based with flexitime if you hit your KPIs.

You will also require (as a minimum) the below skills/attributes:

  • Natural sales ability and the drive to exceed set targets
  • An exceptionally high standard of  communication and professionalism
  • Honesty, integrity and a good moral compass
  • A 'can do' and positive outlook
  • The ability to be self-motivated
  • Hard-working and determined
  • A great team player with a supportive attitude
  • The ability to build rapport and trusting relationships with clients

As our clients are all busy professionals, you must be available to work evenings (regularly) and weekends (occasionally) when required.

THE PACKAGE

Base salary, with uncapped Commissions. On target earnings start at $150k but this multiplies quickly for high performers.  Phone, bonuses, referral fees, staff purchase benefits, prizes and even amazing reward trips
