What you'll be doing:
• Assisting with Health & Safety documentation including risk assessments, SSSPs, incident reports and hazard registers
• Helping coordinate site inspections, audits and safety observations
• Supporting onboarding and inductions for new employees and contractors
• Maintaining accurate H&S records, follow-up actions and reporting
• Helping prepare safety communications, toolbox talks and wellbeing initiatives
• Providing administrative support for the People team including maintaining employee records and preparing documentation
• Assisting with onboarding paperwork, induction coordination and compliance tracking
• Supporting training, development and wellbeing programmes
• Preparing reports and data summaries for HR and Health & Safety metrics
• Assisting with recruitment tasks including screening, reference checks, preparing offers and coordinating interviews and onboarding
What we're looking for:
• A do-er with great attention to detail and time management
• Someone who's comfortable with the admin side but ready to grow
• Positive, passionate and proactive—you bring the energy
• A strong communicator and trusted support person
• Confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
• Previous admin experience (HR or H&S preferred but not essential)
• A genuine passion for safety, people and making things run smoothly
