About Us
Dairy Products NZ Limited is a small, dynamic UHT and dry powder processing facility based in central Takanini. We specialise in producing quality, value-added dairy and non-dairy ice cream and blended specialty powders for both domestic and export markets. Our focus is on innovation, quality, and care in everything we do.
About the Role:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support our busy manufacturing, quality and account team. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same – from reconciling supplier statements and processing invoices to preparing export documentation, assisting with production planning, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
You will be joining a collaborative, down-to-earth team who value flexibility and teamwork. We offer:
- 20 hours a week ideally Monday to Friday that can fit around school schedules
- A friendly and supportive on-site environment with free parking

What You'll Bring:
- Proven administration experience, not essential but ideally within a manufacturing and FMCG background
- Solid accounts support experience (e.g. AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Good initiative and a positive, can-do attitude – happy to lend a hand where needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP systems
- (Desirable) Exposure to quality compliance or policy documentation
