Do you pride yourself on your administrative abilities?  Have great communication and organisation skills?  We're on the lookout for our newest team member to work alongside our managers and supervisors to help deliver a seamless experience for our clients and teams for each contract.

As our CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR, you would successfully coordinate the administrative duties for our landscaping projects, with a particular focus on process compliance, reporting and ownership of tasks through our project management software. This is a dynamic role that requires an organised and competent administrator, who enjoys taking a lead role whilst still working as part of a team.

TASKS INCLUDE:

• Completing and collating all contract documentation, creating purchase orders and project administration for accepted works

• Overseeing completion of project tracking by site teams and providing information to Project Managers to assist with monthly invoicing

• Ownership and ongoing development of project management software (Simpro)

• Preparing reports analysing financial performance for key projects and the landscape division

• Working alongside our Landscape Manager and Project Managers to provide administrative support and facilitate seamless transition of a project through the installation process

General administrative duties will also form part of this role, including assistance with weekly timesheets, onboarding new employees, responding to client queries and supporting the development of systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• High level of professionalism and initiative with strong communication skills

• Exceptional time management and organisation

• Ability to work to deadlines and multitask

• Good sense of humour and people skills

• Proficiency in project management software, preferably Simpro (training may be provided for the right candidate) and Microsoft Office suite

• Flexibility to work independently and as part of a diverse team to achieve objectives

• Understanding of financial reporting

Must haves:

• Minimum 3 years administration experience, preferably within a similar role or industry

• Must have current work rights if not NZ resident

An understanding of the commercial construction industry and/or previous experience in a trade service preferred.
