About the Role:

As a Front-Line Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding customer service and handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Your day will include:

  • Serving and assisting customers with currency exchange and money transfer services.
  • Providing advice and information on rates, products, and services.
  • Handling cash securely and following company compliance standards.
  • Working collaboratively with your teammates to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Ensuring our branch looks professional and welcoming at all times.
About You:

We're looking for friendly, reliable, and confident communicators who thrive in a busy environment. Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong customer service and cash handling experience.
  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people.
  • Good PC and keyboard skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, public holidays, and school holidays as required.
  • A basic understanding of foreign exchange is a plus (but full training provided).
Requirements:
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand.
  • Must successfully complete Police, Character, and Credit checks.
