Are you a seasoned Project Manager with experience telling the story and bringing together various skills to drive one outcome?

I'm looking for a sharp, self-managing contractor to help drive a range of change projects with this large national organisation.

About the Role

This 6-month contract is a unique opportunity to lead a number of projects within the business driven by the customer experinece. You'll be the engine behind the project framework-tracking milestones, managing stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the project framework, timelines, and reporting
  • Lead weekly project meetings and provide updates to the team and executive
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks, escalating issues early
  • Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure alignment
  • Drive the delivery of the projects to implement the change

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering a wide range of customer centric change projects within a corporate environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across diverse teams
  • A structured, delivery-focused project management approach
  • Analytical mindset-comfortable working with data and ambiguity
  • Ability to work autonomously and flexibly, with regular in-office presence
