Hi there, seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and coordinate a cross-functional, primarily offshore, marketing team with a digital-first approach. Responsible for boosting lead generation, maintaining consistent brand messaging, managing marketing operations, and executing tactical marketing strategies across all our brands.

Approx 25-30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day coordination and workflow management for marketing activities across digital and traditional channels (social, search, website, email, content, trade marketing, PR).
  • Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive lead volumes for franchise and client acquisition, with a bias toward measurable digital outcomes.
  • Work closely with Marketing Brand and Strategy leads for high-level brand and strategy input, ensuring marketing execution aligns with our strong brand's strategic direction.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritizing work and actively troubleshooting resource or execution issues.
  • Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, cost-per-lead metrics, and ROI. Adjust tactics promptly to maximise outcomes.
  • Support the creation and quality control of digital content: landing pages, EDMs, social media, SEO/SEM, etc., in collaboration with the offshore team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in team processes, marketing automation, and customer data usage.
  • Champion our values and act as the internal "face" of marketing for stakeholders across the business.
  • Lead as needed to recruitment, onboarding, and training for new marketing staff.

Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years marketing experience, with demonstrable success in digital/trade marketing leadership.
  • Highly competent in digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, marketing automation).
  • Proven experience in managing distributed/offshore teams and or contractor resources.
  • Excellent project management, communications, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in franchising, B2B/B2C service industries, or high-volume lead generation is an advantage.
