Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain & monitor SEO campaigns for a portfolio of Flow's clients.
• Regularly create new SEO campaign ideas, forecast results and test your hypotheses.
• Guide our writers to plan & create high-performing content, and liaise with our designers/developers to implement your strategies.
• Liaise with other specialists on our team (other marketers, analytics & tracking specialists, etc), to ensure optimal results from all client campaigns.
• Compile reports, containing your insights on the data received & make appropriate business recommendations.
• Ensure client KPI's are met monthly - this is usually revenue or lead volume focused.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has SEO experience within a mid-sized agency, or contracting experience with mid-large scale clients.
• Has a deep knowledge of SEO, and is already expanding their knowledge into GEO & AEO. Some experience with SEM is also a bonus.
• Is comfortable dealing directly with clients.
• Has great attention to detail and fantastic communication skills, both digitally and in-person.
• Has a diverse range of strategies/tactics up their sleeve, that can be put to good use within client campaigns.
• Knows their way around GA4 & GTM. Note - we have a tracking specialist at Flow for any implementation work in this space.
• Understands what makes a website convert, and can identify potential conversion issues on a website.
• Values high-quality work and wants to be at the top of their game.

A quick Loom video introduction/screenshare etc will also help a lot. Completely optional, but recommended - as we usually get a high volume of applications for any role we post.

Hours & Pay

• Part-time or full-time options are available. Let us know your preference in your application. Our preference would be to start part-time and scale to full-time within 3-6 months, if possible. However, we are open to either option.
• Remuneration is flexible, and will be at or above market rate for your level of experience.
