Here at 3R, we're looking for someone passionate about te taiao – our environment – to join our marketing team covering a staff member on leave. We're working on a variety of initiatives and projects to help propel Aotearoa New Zealand towards a more sustainable future.

What we need

We need help with our content – to include:

  • Create social media content including videos and infographics
  • Manage social media and website content calendars and scheduling
  • Proactively hunt out content opportunities
  • Create paid social media campaigns as required
  • Upload website content
  • Write, create and optimise external and internal newsletters
  • Analyse and report on social media and website metrics
  • SEO (non-technical)

We also need some brand and marketing support – to include:

  • Help develop and manage marketing collateral and templates (including marketing copywriting and some desktop publishing)
  • Ensure brand standards and guidelines are maintained for 3R and all programmes, including by our partners and agencies
  • Co-ordinate events
  • Day-to-day campaign management
  • Develop customer & market research and insights
  • Use customer & market research & insights to help develop compelling messaging
  • Image library management

Your skills and experience

We're looking for someone with above entry-level experience – someone who is experienced enough to sink their teeth into projects and hit the ground running. Key skills include:

  • Social media and content creation
  • Sound written skills and attention to detail
  • Able to communicate with a range of audiences
  • Understand SEO and know how to utilise it to its full potential
