  • Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring effective arrears collections and recovery while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. You'll work closely with customers, internal teams, and external collection partners to deliver best-in-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage arrears portfolios with agility and best practice standards.
  • Achieve productivity targets and maintain strong relationships with collection partners.
  • Ensure compliance with CCCFA, Privacy Act, Credit Repossession Act, and other statutory requirements.
  • Complete Credit Solutions activities per company policies and escalate issues promptly.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong data entry and telephonic experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in collections, credit, call centre.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident numerical and keyboard skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of credit management laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Financial services experience is highly desirable.

  • Clear credit history and MOJ check required.
