This is a great opportunity for a people leader with an eye for process improvement to join this large Australasian organisation that delivers end-to-end solution and services for their customer, in and outside of New Zealand, with a national footprint.
The managerial position will look after a team of credit and accounts payable specialist in this large, complex environment. You will bring with you an eye for the detail, ability to identify process improvement and team development to produce the highest level of service to the business and its customers.
**What you'll bring**:
- People leadership and effective communication and influencing capabilities
- Team capability development, setting effective KPIs and ongoing monitoring to ensure high performance of team
- Looking for continuous improvement opportunities across
- Strong understanding of credit control processes, including periodic credit revies, credit worthiness assessment and managing bad debts
- Strong understanding of AP/AR process advantageous
- team managerial experience - including maintaining accurate financial, employee and customer information records
- 5 years' minimum work experience in AP/AR and credit control
- 2 years' minimum experience in team management
- Self sufficient and ability to work autonomously - with guidance for manager
