Teacher Aide in the Independent Living Centre

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Teacher Aide to join our dedicated team in the Independent Living Centre (ILC) on a fixed term, part-time basis, 30 hours per week, term time only.The ILC is a specialist department within Hillcrest High School, supporting ORS-funded students with significant intellectual disabilities. These students benefit from tailored programmes, teacher aide support, and specialist input to help them engage fully with the curriculum.You'll work closely with teachers, therapists, families, and other support staff to deliver Individualised Education Programmes (IEPs) that focus on each student's strengths and needs.
