Known for delivering top-tier gib-board supply and finish solutions across residential and light commercial projects, our client is ready to take their next step in growth — and they're looking for a talented, motivated Salesperson to join the team.
You'll be working with a small group of genuine professionals who have deep roots in the building industry and a shared passion for doing great work. This is a team that supports one another, looks after their people, and enjoys having fun along the way.
What we are looking for:
- A proven professional from the building sector, with experience working with group builders, construction companies, architects, tradies, or related industry influencers.
- Confident navigating building sites, reading plans, and understanding project timelines.
- A relationship builder who's personable, engaging, and able to earn trust quickly.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills — you know how to plan your week for the best results.
- Someone who enjoys the chase of new business and takes pride in seeing growth and repeat customers.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the building and construction ecosystem.
- Visit new housing subdivisions and commercial sites to identify opportunities early in the build timeline.
- Work closely with other subcontractors and partners to uncover leads and referrals.
- Use a database of new building consents to plan effective sales calls and develop your pipeline.
- Balance your week between time on the road, strategic planning, and collaboration with your close-knit team.
