Expression of Interest – Mechanical Fitters

Central North Island | Late February/March Start | Contract Roles

Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter looking for your next major project in the energy sector? We are gathering expressions of interest for upcoming work starting early next year, across key energy sites in the Central North Island. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering critical shutdown, maintenance, and project work across energy and industrial assets.

What You'll Be Doing:

Mechanical maintenance, upgrades or shutdown scopes

Turbine, pump, valve, and piping work

Installation, repairs, diagnostics, and fault-finding

Working within strict safety and site compliance requirements

Collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and multi-discipline teams

What We're Looking For:

Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or equivalent

Shutdown, power generation, geothermal, industrial, or heavy maintenance experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work safely and efficiently

Ability to pass pre-employment checks (D&A, medical, site inductions)

Current confined space, working at heights, EWP, or PTW tickets advantageous
