We have an exciting opportunity as Direct Sales & Support, ideal for recent graduates ready to launch their corporate career. Join our supportive team at Toyota New Zealand, where you'll receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to become the go-to expert for parts and accessories.

In this role, you'll provide accurate and timely quotes for parts and accessories to repairers and insurance companies, supporting our Toyota Store Network. Your work ensures customers receive the correct parts for Toyota, Lexus, and Daihatsu vehicles, contributing to our customer service and sales success.

While you'll start in the Parts & Accessories Sales team, Toyota NZ values talent and ambition. For the right person, there may be opportunities to grow into other departments.

This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site Monday to Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North.

What's involved in the role:

• Providing accurate parts and accessories quotes for Toyota, Lexus, and Daihatsu vehicles for all quote types, collision and mechanical.
• Responding to email and phone queries from insurance companies, repairers, and Toyota stores.
• Using an online parts catalogue to look up the parts and accessories required for quotes.
• Accurately quoting estimated freight costs and calculating delivery dates for various delivery methods.
• Meeting and exceeding quote targets, while ensuring a high level of accuracy for all quotes provided.

Skills and attributes you will have to be successful in this role:

• High level of self-motivation and driven to exceed goals/targets.
• Computer literacy, ability to navigate between different systems and proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Great communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Customer focussed, a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Process oriented and enjoy following established processes with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
