We're looking for a proactive Delivery Planner to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule field operations, manage critical project data, support Project Managers across OPEX and CAPEX projects, assist with estimates and consent processes, and maintain accurate work records. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard, while building strong, long-term relationships with customers.

What You Bring:

  • Business Management qualification or experience
  • Current NZ (manual) Driver's Licence
  • 5+ years' experience in operational/planning/admin
  • Knowledge of generation and distribution equipment (low and high voltage) and network operating systems
  • Thorough understanding of industry rules, regulations, and health and safety requirements
  • Staff leadership experience with a focus on safety, training, and development
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems, data capture, and record-keeping
  • Ability to read documentation, manage resources, and understand sequential work tasks
  • Self-starter with initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work cross-functionally
