Willowbank is launching a new charitable foundation, and we're looking for a driven all-rounder to help bring it to life.

This newly created role will lead day-to-day operations across governance support, marketing, fundraising, and conservation project coordination. You will work directly with the Board of Trustees to build systems, grow our profile, and secure long-term support.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting board meetings, records, and compliance
  • Managing marketing, social media, newsletters, and communications
  • Securing grants, sponsorships, and donor relationships
  • Coordinating conservation projects and partner engagement
  • Assisting with budgeting and reporting

You'll bring:

  • Experience in administration, fundraising, marketing, or non-profit leadership
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational ability and initiative
