We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our small but committed team, delivering residential insurance repair work across the Napier and Hastings region.

This is your opportunity to take a leading role in managing repair projects from start to finish. You'll work alongside our Senior Project Manager and Directors, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and insurance professionals to ensure every job is delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget.

Based in Greenmeadows, Napier

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end insurance remediation projects
  • Coordinate with loss adjusters, builders, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Schedule and oversee building inspections to avoid delays or additional costs
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to sites
  • Conduct regular site visits and quality checks before sign-offs
  • Prepare and evaluate contractor quotes and tender documentation
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Maintain compliance with the NZ Building Code, construction standards, and health & safety regulations
  • Handle negotiations with property owners and contractors
  • Secure all necessary documentation for Code of Compliance upon project completion

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the building industry
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy
  • High level of professional responsibility and the ability to multi-task
  • NZ Residency or valid NZ Work Visa
  • Full, clean NZ driver's licence
  • Able to pass a police check (required for work in education and healthcare facilities)
