Are you a strategic leader with a passion for customer service excellence? Delta is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our high-performing team in Dunedin, driving service delivery and operational success.

About the Role:

As Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery of customer-facing services, ensuring performance meets contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You'll lead a team of 9 direct and 4 indirect reports, cultivating a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

This role plays a critical part in supporting field operations and contractor management, while ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service Team to deliver exceptional support.
  • Monitor SLA and KPI performance, proactively resolving service issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage job workflows and ensure timely, efficient service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement across customer service operations.
  • Support field service delivery and contractor performance reviews.
  • Uphold health and safety standards across all operations.
