About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Lead who can drive our brand presence, communications and client engagement. This is a sole charge role and best suited to a skilled generalist who is confident in all aspects of marketing and working with a broad target market.

This is a part time role at 32 hours a week working four days or reduced hours over five days.

You will play a key role in elevating the Survus brand, telling our story and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the management team to develop marketing strategy and plans
  • Plan and execute campaigns across print, digital and social
  • Plan and create content for web, newsletters, advertising and video
  • Provide marketing support for tender responses and new business initiatives
  • Plan and manage the Survus presence at events around the country
  • Manage sponsorships and community initiatives
  • Manage brand consistency across all platforms
  • Measure engagement and ROI, and advice the business on improvements

About You

A relevant qualification in marketing or communications is preferred and we would like to see at least three years of good marketing experience. Knowledge of professional services, property or land development will be very useful but isn't essential.

We offer a good hourly between $38 and $45, a supportive and down to earth work culture plus the opportunity to shape and own the marketing function from end to end.
