The RoleYou'll be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns end-to-end, with a strong focus on digital performance and brand presence. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys being creative, and is confident managing paid media channels.

  • Plan, implement, and optimise marketing campaigns to generate quality leads
  • Build and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including targeting, creative testing, and budgeting
  • Manage Google Ads and apply SEO best practices to drive website visibility
  • Create and schedule content across social media channels, ensuring they remain active, engaging and on-brand
  • Assist with EDMs, website updates, brochures, and other marketing materials
  • Support the wider team with general marketing tasks when needed

About You

  • 2–3 years' experience in marketing or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Creative, organised, and comfortable working across multiple platforms
  • Confident analysing performance data and making informed decisions
  • Proactive, flexible, and happy to support wherever needed
