The Plant Store is looking for Garden Designers who are passionate about plants and people to work remotely, with full support from our national design and operations team.

We help clients across New Zealand design gardens that actually work – remotely, professionally, and with expert horticultural guidance behind every plan. At The Plant Store we're innovative, people-focused, and use current technology and design thinking to make great gardens achievable anywhere.

What you'll do

  • Create garden designs for NZ homeowners tailored to their needs, from brief to final plan.
  • Build detailed planting layouts, planting palettes, and accurate costings to bring concepts to life.
  • Use Vectorworks and our internal systems to collaborate and deliver designs.
  • Coordinate with our planting and installation teams to ensure accurate execution.
