About the Role

We are seeking a Service Manager to join our restaurant team. This role is perfect for an experienced hospitality professional, passionate about fine dining, exceptional customer service, and engaging a team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive an outstanding dining experience that embodies Amisfield's commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Uphold Amisfield's standards of excellence in guest experience, food presentation, and service quality.
  • Collaborate with the front of house and kitchen leadership teams to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing work culture that encourages teamwork and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.
  • Manage rosters and systems to ensure the effective & efficient running of the restaurant.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a restaurant leadership position, preferably within a fine dining setting.
  • The ability to successfully lead, motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service abilities.
  • A current manager's license or the ability to obtain one.
  • A passion for New Zealand food, wine, and hospitality.
