**Front of House / Customer Service Manager**

Tekapo Springs is seeking a Customer Services Manager with personality plus to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, as well as leading and managing our customer service team. You will also be providing mentorship and support to our Cafe Manager, helping them to grow and succeed in their role.

We are looking for someone who is not only highly skilled in customer service and leadership, but also has a bubbly personality and a can-do attitude. If you are someone who loves people and has a passion for hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity for you. To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in customer service and strong leadership skills. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable using computer systems and software.
